In Long Beach , as elsewhere in the United States , there are many young people who lack positive outlets for their time and energy and have little structure and few role models.  The Long Beach Neighborhood Foundation would like to address this problem by promoting athletics and community building while also raising money for programs that benefit at-risk youth.
